본 고안은 완구용 모밀의 고정장치에 관한 것으로 주로 유아들의 침대등에 모밀을 고정시키기 위한 고정장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 플라스틱 지지편(1)의 일측에 나사부를 형성하여 체결나사(7)로 침대등의 모서리에 고정시키는 모빌의 고정장치가 있으나, 이는 지지편(1)이 플라스틱으로만 형성되어 있어 체결나사(7)로 힘을 가하여 고정시키케 되면 지지편(1)일측이 벌어지거나 깨어지는 단점이 있고, 또한 자주 체결나사(7)를 풀었다 조였다 하면 금속과 플라스틱의 마찰에 의해 지지편(1)의 나사부가 마모되어 올바르게 고정할수 없어 폐기처분해야 하는 단점이 있었다. 따라서 본 고안은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 지지편(1)의 내부에 철판(4)의 수납홈(2)을 형성하여 상기 수납홈(2)에 철판(4)을 삽입하고 수납홈(2)을 덮개(4)로 덮어끼워서 접착시킴으로써 종래의 문제점을 해결할수 있는 것이다.
이하 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 제1도에 도시된 바와같이 고정구 몸체(8)하단에 지지편(1)이 양측으로 형성되고, 상기 지지편 내부에 철판(3)이 삽입될 수 있도록 일측이 개구된 수납홈(2)이 형성되며, 지지편(1)일측과 체결나사(7) 끼워질수 있는 체결홈(6)이 천공되어 형성되며, 수납홈(2)을 덮을 수 있는 덮개(4)가 고정턱(5)에 의해 끼워져서 접착되는 구조이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 지지편(1) 내부에 철판(3)이 삽입되어 있어 지지편(1)이 부러지거나 밀어지지 않게되고, 또한 고정장치가 철판(3)으로 형성되어 있어 체결나사(7)를 여러번 반복하여 풀었다 조였다 하더라도 언제나 정화하게 착탈이 용이하며, 유아들이 모밀등을 잡아당기더라도 지지편이 부러지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 고정구 몸체(8)하단에 지지편(1)이 양측으로 형성되고, 상기 지지편 내부에 철판(3)이 삽입될 수 있도록 일측이 개구된 수납홈(2)이 형성되며, 지지편(1)일측과 철판(3)의 일측에 체결나사(7)가 끼워질 수 있는 체결홈(6)이 천공되어 형성되며, 수납홈(2)을 덮을 수 있는 덮개(4)가 고정턱(5)에 의해 끼워져서 접착되는것을 특징으로 하는 완구용 모빌의 고정장치.
