본 고안은 전자기기 케이스 외부의 받침판에 접속시켜 사용하는 접지 단자의 고정장치에 관한 것으로 부품수를 절감하며 조립시 케이스 구멍에 나사가 형성되도록 하여 탭 작업공정을 배제시켜 작업공정을 산소화 사킴으로써 작업성의 향상과 대량생산을 기대할 수 있으며 또한 맨손 또는 드라이버등의 공구로 겸용하여 사용할 수 있게 하므로써 조립을 신속 간편하게 행할 수 있으며 그 사용 또한 매우 편리하게 하는 목적이 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to the fixing device of the ground terminal used to connect to the backing plate outside the electronic device case. 종래 전자기기의 외부에 고정되는 접지단자는 나사봉에 평왓셔와 톱니왓셔를 끼워 받침판에 나착한후 양 왓셔 사이에 접지 단자를 끼워 나사봉이 조여질때 톱니왓셔의 톱니부가 접지단자를 눌러서 고정되도록 하였던바 나사봉과 평왓셔 톱니왓셔가 별도로 분리 형성되어 있어서 사용중에 쉽게 나해되어 단자가 유동되거나 이탈되는 폐단이 있었으며 조립하는 과정도 왓셔 등을 일일이 나사봉에 끼워야 하므로 번거로우며 많은 조립 시간이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 받침판의 구멍에 별도로 나사를 형성하기 위하여 탭작업을 해야 하므로 많은 시간과 인력의 소모를 초래 했으며 또한 접지단자의 고정시에도 드라이버등의 공구를 사용할 수 있는 즉, 손과 공구를 겸용으로 사용할 수 있는 구조가 없으므로 항상 손을 이용하여 고정할 수 밖에 없어 고정이 신속하지 못하였던 것이었다. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로써 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventionally, the grounding terminal fixed to the outside of the electronic device is fitted with a flat washer and a tooth washer on a screw rod, and then is attached to the support plate.
