본 고안은 접속단자용 절연캡에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an insulating cap for the connection terminal.
종래에는 단자와 단자를 연결하기 위한 커넥터의 접속단자를 절연시키기 위하여 절연캡을 사용하게 되는데 이 절연캡은 전선에 미리 끼워놓고 접속단자를 고정하게 되어 있어 작업공정이 매우 번거로워 작업능률을 감소시키는 원인이 되었으며 작업자가 실수로 절연캡을 전선에 미리 끼우지 않고 접속단자를 전선에 고정하였을 때에는 접속단자와 전선을 분리한후, 다시 작업을 해야 되는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.Conventionally, an insulation cap is used to insulate a connection terminal of a connector for connecting a terminal to the terminal. 본 고안은 종래의 이와같은 점을 감안하여 전선에 접속단자를 고정한후에 절연캡을 전선에 고정된 접속단자에 끼우고 전기용품의 단자에 접속할 수 있게하여 절연캡을 전선에 미리 끼우고 작업을 해야 되는 불편을 없게 하여 공정의 단축으로 작업능률이 향상되게 하였으며 또한 절연캡 상부에 걸림부가 형성되어 있어 절연캡이 씌워진 접속단자를 전기용품의 단자에 접속시킬때 절연캡이 접속단자에서 좌우로 돌아가는 것을방지하게 하고 구조가 간단하여 가격이 저렴하며 사용이 간편한 등의 효과가 있는 것으로 이하 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In view of the above, the present invention should fix the connection terminal to the electric wire, and then insert the insulation cap into the connection terminal fixed to the electric wire and connect it to the terminal of the electric appliance, so that the insulation cap must be inserted into the electric wire beforehand.
