카본블랙을 함유시켜서 폴리아미드 수지를 제조하는데 있어서, 카본블랙을 미립자로 된 저융점 폴리아미드 수지와 혼합시킨후 이를 저융점 폴리아미드 수지에 알맞는 용매에 녹여 덩어리를 만들고, 이어서 용매를 휘발시킨뒤 다시 500μ내지 4mm크기의 미립자로 분쇄한 다음, 이 미립자를 폴리아미드 베이스수지와 용융혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지의 제조방법.To prepare a polyamide resin by containing carbon black, the carbon black is mixed with a low melting polyamide resin made of fine particles, and then dissolved in a solvent suitable for the low melting polyamide resin to form a mass, followed by volatilizing the solvent.
