글루타민 발효액을 균체제거후 강산성 양이온교환수지(H+형)에 통액하여 L-글루타민을 흡착후 암모니아수로 용리하여 닌히드린 발색부분을 전량 약산성 양이온교환수지(H+형)에 통액하여 암모니아를 제거하며 유출에 의해 글루타민과 글루타민산, 알라닌혼합액을 회수한후 이용액을 다시 강염기성 음이온교환수지(OH-형)에 통액하여 글루타민산을 제거한후, 탈색결정농축후 알라닌을 제거하여 고순도의 글루타민을 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.Glutamin fermentation broth is passed through a strong acid cation exchange resin (H + type) after cell removal, and L-glutamine is adsorbed and eluted with ammonia water.
