자동차의 안전등 지지장치

본 고안은 자동차의 안전등 지지봉에 있어서 안전등 지지봉의 본체를 지지구의 요입부에 스프링과 조절나사에 의하여 각도를 임으로 조절할 수 있게 유착하여 부착판에 의하여 지지구를 차체의 정위치에 부착한 다음 본체의 유착각도를 조절하여 안전등의 지지봉을 수직으로 설치할 수 있게 한 자동차의 안전등 지지장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 자동차의 좌우 선단측면에 부착설치된 휀더봉 또는 안전등의 지지봉은 지지구에 의하여 차체에 직접 부착하게 되어 있기 때문에 지지봉을 수직상태를 부착설치 하려면 차체의 측면형태에 부합되는 다양한 지지구가 별도로 있어야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
또한 본 원인이 선출원한 실용신안 등록출원 제87-15276호의 안전등의 지지구는 지지봉의 본체를 지지구에 형성된 수개의 조절구멍에 의하여 한정적으로 각도를 조절하게 되어 있어 다양한 차체의 형태에 따라 안전등의 지지봉을 수직이 되도록 조절하기 어려운 미비점이 있었다.
본 고안은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 시정하기 위하여 공지한 자동차의 안전등의 지지봉이 형성된 본체를 지지구의 요입부에 판스프링과 조절나사에 의하여 임의 각도로 조절할 수 있게 유착하여 부착판에 의하여 지지구를 각종 차체의 정위치에 부착한 다음 차체에 부착된 지지구의 각도에 구애없이 안전등의 지지봉을 수직으로 유지되게 본체의 유착된 각도를 간편하게 조절하여서 다양한 형태의 자동차의 차체에 간편하게 설치하여서 종래의 것에 비하여 보다 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 안출한 것으로 이를 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
안전등(4)의 지지봉(5)을 본체(6)의 삽입공(6')에 삽입하여 지지봉(5) 하단의 절곡단부(5')가 삽입공(6')주면에 안내홈(6")을 따라 더욱 회동없이 상하로 신축하게 된것에 있어서, 본체(6)의 일측면에 지지봉을 협지하는 협지판(7)과 본체를 버리게 하는 판스프링(8)을 절연되게 이중으로 나사(9)에 의하여 체착하고 협지판(7)에는 음극도선(10)을, 판스프링(8)에는 양극도선(10")을 각각 연결하여 판스프링(8)의 하단도기(8')에 소켓(2)에 연결된 코일상의 도선(10')을 결접하며 본체(6)의 하단부에는 유착부(6"')를 형성하고 본체의 상단 좌우 양측면에는 유착돌기(6"")를 형성하여 지지구(11)에 형성된 요입부(11')의 하단부에 본체(6)의 유착부(6"')를 리벳트(12)로 체착하며 본체(6)의 유착돌기(6"")는 지지구(11)의 상단 요입부(11')에 형성된 나사구멍(12')에 나사(12)의 두부에 걸리게 체결하여 나사(12)에 의하여 본체의 각도를 조절할 수 있게 하고 지지구(11)의 체결공(11")과 부착판(13)의 체결공(13')을 일치시키어 체결나사(14)로 체결하여 차체에 부착설치할 수 있게 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명 부호 1은 전구 3은 소켓카버 7, 8'은 체결공 15는 체결나사 15'는 환상홈, 16, 16'는 국기계양용 고리이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 제 3 도에 표시한 바와 같이 양면접착 테이프를 이용하여 부착판(13)을 차체의 좌우측면에 부착하고 지지구(11)를 부착판(13)에 체결나사(14)에 의하여 부착한 다음 지지구(11)에 유착된 본체(6)의 설치각도를 나사(12)에 의하여 좌우로 조절하여 본체(6)에 삽입된 안전등의 지지봉(5)이 수직이되게 설치하는 것으로 지지봉(5)의 본체를 지지구(11)의 요입부(11')에 유착부(6"')와 유착돌기(6"")에 의하여 지지되게 판 스프링(8)을 개재시키어 나사(12)로 조절할 수 있게 유착하였기 때문에 나사(12)를 조이면 본체(6)는 판스프링(8)의 탄발력을 대항하여 지지구(11)의 요입부(11')측으로 각도가 조절되고 나사(12)를 이완하면 판스프링(8)의 탄발력에 의하여 본체(6)가 지지구(11)의 요입부(11') 외측으로 각도가 벌이지게 조절되어서 각종 형태로된 차체에 일단 부차판에 의하여 지지구를 견고하게 부착한 후에는 본체의 각도를 간편하게 조절하여 지지봉을 수직으로 유지할 수 있어 종래의 것에 비하여 보다 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 안전등(4)의 지지봉(5)을 본체(6)의 삽입공(6')에 삽입하여 지지봉(5) 하단부착 절곡단(5')이 삽입공(6')내부의 안내홈(6")을 따라 상하로 신축하게 된 것에 있어서, 본체(6)의 일측면에 협지판(7)과 판스프링(8)을 이중으로 체착하여 지지구(11)의 요입부(11') 하단에 본체(6)의 하단 유착부(6"')를 유착하고 본체(6)의 유착돌기(6"")를 요입부(11') 상단부측 나사구멍(12')에 나사(12)로 조절할 수 있게 유착하여 지지구(11)를 부착판(13)에 체착하여서된 자동차의 안전등 지지장치.
