본 고안은 모발세척기에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 세척수 유입구와 공간부 및 유출구를 가진 본체의 공간부에 슬라이더식 밸브체를 설치하고, 저면에 머리를 긁어줄수 있는 돌기와 살수공이 형성된 머리긁개를 유출구에 결합하되, 머리긁개와 본체에 샴프 주출기를 내장시켜서 샤워헤드로서도 사용 할수 있는 모발 세척기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
종래에는 모발을 세척하기 위해서, 샤워헤드로 모발을 적신 다음 샴프용기로부터 적당량의 샴프를 짜내서 모발에 묻히고, 손가락이나 머리긁개로 거품을 발생시켜서 모발을 세척하고, 다시 샤워헤드를 사용하여 샴프의 거품을 씻어내주어야 했기 때문에 모발의 세척이 매우 불편했었다.
본 고안은 모발에 물을 적셔주는 기능과 샴프를 모발에 묻혀주는 기능 및 샴프의 거품을 발생시켜주는 기능과 샴프의 거품을 씻어내줄수 있는 기능을 겸비하여 모발의 세척을 간편하게 실시할수 있도록 한 것인바, 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
암나사부(1)가 형성된 세척수 유입구(2)와 공간부(3) 및 절곡된 단부에 숫나사부(4)가 형성된 세척수 유출구(5)를 가진 본체(6)의 공간부(3)에 슬라이더식 밸브체(7)를 설치하고, 저면에 머리를 긁어줄수 있는 여러개의 들기(8)와 세척수 살수공(9) 및 공간부(10)와 샴프유출공(11)이 형성되어 있으며 상단에 암나사부(12)가 형성된 머리 긁개(13)를 본체(6)의 세척수 유출구(5)에 나사결합하되, 본체(6)의 상부에 요입된 반구형의 지지부(14)를 형성하여 마개(15)가 달린 연질고무재로된 샴프용기(16)를 고정하고, 샴프유출호오스(17)의 하단부(18)와 머리긁개(13)의 샴프유출공(11)사이에는 연결니플(19)과 볼(20)을 상, 하부 지지캡(21)(22)과 압축코일스프링(23)으로 탄설되는 체크밸브체(24)를 설치한 것으로, 슬라이더식 밸브체(7)를 세척수 유출공(25)이 하부에 형성되어 있고, 2개의 피니언(26)(27)이 끼워져 있으며 차단판(28)이 부착된 축(29)이 끼워진 밸브시이트(30)와 2개의 래크 (31)(32)가 저면에 형성된 슬라이더(33)로 형성한 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 34는 차단판(28)을 감싸는 밀폐용 고무판, 35는 손잡이이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 수도관과 연결된 호오스와 연결시켜 사용하는 것으로서, 샴프용기(16)에는 샴프가 담겨진다.
슬라이더식 밸브체(7)의 슬라이더(33)를 제 2 도의 화살표 방향으로 밀어주면 래크(31)(32)와 맞물린 피니언(26)(27)이 고정된 축(29)에 끼워진 차단판(28)의 밸브 시이트(30)의 세척수 유출공(25)이 개방되어 세척수를 머리긁개(13)의 살수공(9)으로 살수할수 있는 것이므로 모발을 적셔줄수 있는 것이고, 샴프를 사용하고자할 결우에는 슬라이더식 밸브체(7)의 슬라이더(33)를 제 2 도의 화살표 방향의 반대방향으로 밀어서 차단판(28)으로 세척수 유출공(25)을 폐쇄시킨 다음 연질고무재로 된 샴프용기(16)를 엄지손가락으로 눌러주면 샴프가 샴프유출호오스(17)와 체크밸브체(24)를 거쳐서 머리긁개(13)의 샴프유출공(11)으로 유출되는 것이므로 샴프를 모발에 묻혀줄 수 있는 것이고, 이어서 손잡이935)를 잡고 머리긁개(13)의 돌기(8)로 모빌을 긁어서 샴푸의 거품을 발생시켜 세척을 실시하고, 다시 슬라이더식 밸브체(7)의 슬라이더(33)를 제 2 도의 화살표 방향으로 밀어서 세척수 유출공(25)을 개방시켜 머리긁개(13)의 살수공(9)으로 세척수를 모발에 살수함으로서 모발에 묻어 있던 샴프거품을 씻어내는 것이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 모발에 물을 적셔주는 기능과 샴프를 모발에 묻혀주는 기능 및 샴프의 거품을 발생시켜주는 기능과 샴프의 거품을 씻어내는 기능을 겸비한 것이므로 모발의 세척이 매우 간편하고 경우에 따라서는 샤워헤드로 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

  1. 세척수 유입구(2)와 공간부(3) 및 절곡된 세척수 유출구(5)를 가진 본체(6)의 공간부(3)에, 세척수 유출공(25)이 형성되어 있고 2개의 피니언(26)(27)이 끼워져 있으며 차단판(28)이 부착된 축(29)이 끼워진 밸브시이트(30)와 2개의 래크(31)(32)가 저면에 형성된 슬라이더(33)로 이루어진 슬라이더식 밸브체(7)를 설치하고, 돌기(8)와 세척수 살수공(9) 및 공간부(10)와 샴프유출공(11)이 형성된 머리긁개(13)를 본체(6)의 세척수유출구(5)에 결합하되, 샴프용기(16)를 본체(6)의 요입된 반구형의 지지부(14)에 고정하고, 샴프 유출호오스(17)의 하단부(18)와 머리긁개(13)의 샴프유출공(11)사이에 체크밸브체(24)를 설치하여서 된 모발 세척기.
