본 고안은 유압을 이용한 반자동 심압대에 관한 것으로서 공작물을 가공할 때 떨림을 방지하기 위하여 공작물의 센터 지지용으로 사용되는 심압대가 유압에의하여 일정간격 전후진토록 함으로서, 동일 모델의 공작물을 연속적으로 가공할 시 공작물의 교환이 보다 용이하게 이루어지도록 하여 작업시간의 단축으로 생산원가를 절감토록 함에 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a semi-automatic tailstock using hydraulic pressure. 종래의 공작기계에서는 심압대를 수동으로 이동시키기 위하여 우선 기계 전면의 안전카바를 분해함과 동시에 심압대의 고정볼트를 해체한후 상기한 십압대를 이동시켜 가면서 공작물을 지지할수 있는 적당한 위치를 결정하고, 이어서 볼트로서 심압대를 고정하여 스핀들의 이동에 따라 공작물을 센터링하였기 때문에 심압대 이동 및 위치결정이 어려울 뿐만이 아니라, 막대한 시간이 소비됨은 물론 센터가 가공물을 제대로 지지하지 못하였기 때문에 심압대로서의 제기능을 다하지 못하였던 것이며, 한편 이를 보완하기 위하여 리드스크류식이나 일본국 공개실용신안공보 소 58-193402(1983.6.24.공개)와같이 유압 밀착식 심압축이 개발되어 심압대의 센터링 위치 선정이나 가공물 지지에 용이하도록 한 것 등이 안출된 것이 있으나, 이 또한 공작물 교환을 리드스크류의 작동에 의존하였기 때문에 그때마다 위치결정을 다시 하여야 하는등 공작물 교환에 많은 시간이 소요되어 똑같은 모델의 공작물을 양산 가공하는데에는 여러모로 부적합할 뿐만 아니라 공작물의 길이 변화에 따라 플랙시블하게 대응하지 못하는 것이 현실정이었다.In the conventional machine tool, in order to move the tailstock manually, first disassemble the safety cover on the front of the machine, dismantle the fixing bolt of the tailstock, and then move the above-mentioned tailstock to determine the proper position to support the workpiece.
