본 고안은 비디오 테이프 레코오더(VTR)에 있어서 텐션아암과 이에 연결하는 텐션밴드의 텐션량을 세트에 따라 각기 알맞게 조절하여 테이프의 텐션이 조절되도록 한 텐션조절 장치에 대한 것이다.The present invention relates to a tension control device in which the tension of the tape is adjusted by appropriately adjusting the tension amount of the tension arm and the tension band connected thereto in the video tape recorder (VTR).
종래의 브이티알에서는 테이프이 텐션을 조절하여주기 위해 텐션아암 및 텐션포스트를 두고 리일디스크에 감겨있는 텐션밴드와 연결하여 텐션량을 조절하였으나 그 조절이 세트로 나오면 텐션량은 고정이 되고, 또한 양산시에는 모든 세트에 똑같은 스프링을 사용하게 되므로 세트마다 각기 틀린 특성을 제대로 맞추어 줄 수가 없게 되는 등의 폐단이 있었다.In the conventional VTIAL, the tension of the tape is adjusted by connecting the tension arm and the tension post to the tension band wound on the real disc to adjust the tension, but when the adjustment is released as a set, the tension is fixed and also in mass production.
