WORM형 광디스크 구동장의 데이타 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 디스크에서 재생된 전기적 신호를 디스크의 홈크기와 동일한 펄스폭을 갖는 디지탈 신호로 변환하는 제1디지탈변환수단과, 상기 제1디지탈 변환신호를 입력하여 섹터마크 데이타유무를 검출하며, 섹터마크 검출시 제1제어신호를 발생하는 섹터마크 검출수단과, 상기 재생된 전기적 신호를 미분하여 디스크의 데이타 기록 위치에서 펄스를 발생하고 이를 디지탈 신호를 변환하는 제2디지탈변환수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2디지탈신호를 논리곱하여 재생신호중에 포함된 잡음성분을 제거하는 논리곱수단과, 상기 논리곱수단의 출력에 따라 일정 펄스폭을 갖는 펄스데이타를 발생하는 수단과, 상기 펄스발생수단의 출력을 디코더로 출력하며 상기 섹터마크 검출수단에서 제1제어신호 발생시에는 상기 제1디지탈 변환신호를 디코더로 선택출력하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생장치.A data reproducing apparatus of a WORM type optical disc drive field, comprising: first digital conversion means for converting an electrical signal reproduced on the disc into a digital signal having a pulse width equal to the groove size of the disc, and inputting the first digital conversion signal; Sector mark detection means for detecting the presence or absence of sector mark data and generating a first control signal when the sector mark is detected, and generating a pulse at the data recording position of the disc by converting the reproduced electrical signal and converting the digital signal.
