종래의 냉장고의 탈취장치 구조는 도면 제 5 도에 도시된 바와같이 냉장고의 내상 일부에 사각홈을 형성하여 후방으로 내상커버(31)를 부착시키고, 우레탄(32)으로 발포시킨다음 별도의 강제순환 휀(33)이 연결된 방전전극(34)과 오존 분해용촉매(35)등이 부착된 지지구(36)의 전,후방으로는 각각 탈취커버(37)와 탈취지지구커버(38)로 결합 구성된 일체형 탈취장치로서 냉장고 내의 악취 및 냉기중에 부유하는 잡균포자등을 탈취 혹은 살균시키는 구조와 도면 제 4 도에 도시된 바와같이 냉장고의 냉각용 휀모터(40)에 의해서 덕트(41)에 형성된 냉기통로를 따라 냉장실(42)로 송출되어지는 냉기를 이용할 수 있도록 덕트(41)의 일측을 변경하여 오존발생전극(43)과 고전압발생기(44)를 장착할수 있도록 하고 덕트(41) 하단부에는 촉매를 장착시킨 구조이므로, 냉장실(42)의 냉장효과가 떨어지고, 도면 제 5 도는 냉장실의 냉기를 강제적으로 흡입하여 순환시키는 강제순환휀(51)을 연결시킨 탈취모타(52)의 발열로 인해 냉장능력이 감소되므로 소비전력이 상승될뿐만 아니라 소음증가요인은 물론 구조가 복잡하여 사용중에 오존이 누설될수도 있으며, 도면 제 4 도는 저온에서 오존의 분해능력이 약 30%정도 저하되면서 냉장실(42)내로 오존이 증가와 함께 유입되는 현상이 발생되며, 또한 냉장실(42)의 온도가 일정온도에 도달되어 냉장실 온도조절 댐퍼(46)가 닫힐경우 발생된 오존(O3)이 방향을 전환하면서 냉기통로를 따라 냉동실(47)로 유입되는 문제가 발생되는 결점이 있었다.In the structure of a conventional refrigerator deodorizer as shown in FIG. 5, a square groove is formed in a portion of an inner portion of the refrigerator to attach the inner cover 31 to the rear, and foamed with urethane 32, followed by a separate forced circulation.
