Claims (3)
- 2관능성 카르복실산 또는 그의 에스테르형성성유도체와 적어도 2종의 글리콜을 에스테르화 반응 또는 에스테르 교환반응 시켜서 얻어진 생성물을 증착합시키므로서 공중합 폴리에스테를 제조함에 있어서, 에스테르화반응 또는에스테르교환반응 개시전에 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 전 산성분에 대하여 Zn, Ca, Li, Ti또는 La의 금속화합물 중에서 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속화합물을 사용하고, 증축합반응전에는 안티몬화합물과 인화합물을 사용하되, 이들 화합물을 다음식을 만족하는 범위로 사용하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.80 〈 M < 120150 〈 M+Sb 〈 2505 〈 M/P 〈 205 〈 Sb/P 〈 10여기서 M은 Zn,Ca,Li,Ti 또는 La의 금속유기화합물을 나타내며, Sb는 안티몬화합물을 나타내고, P는 인화합물을 나타내며, 숫치는 디카르복실산에 대한 사용량을 ppm의 비율로 나타낸 것이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안티몬화합물은 그 입자의 크기가 0.01㎛-0.02㎛이고, 표면적이 50㎡/g~100㎡/g인 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안티몬화합물은 Sb2O3를 사용하며, 이때 그 순도는 99.3% 이상인 것을 사용하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
