폰 플럭의 종래 제작방법은 도전봉에 절연재를 1차 성형하여 도전관을 씌우고 그 외부에 보호커버를 2차 성형하여 제조함으로써 제포과정이 번거롭고 제작단가가 상승되는 폐단이 있었으며, 또한 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 조립하여 만들 수 있는 폰 플럭으로써 도전봉과 절연몸체 및 도전관과 보호커버를 따로 제작하여 조립할 수 있게한 것으로 도전봉과 절연몸체를 조립할때 도전봉을 절연몸체에 끼우고 도전봉을 빠지지 않게하기위해 절연몸체 외부통공으로 도전봉의 걸림부가 형성되게 하므로 작업을 1번 더 해야하는 번거로움이 있었으며 또한 도전관과 보호커버를 끼우기 위한 수단으로써 도전관 외부에 일정간격으로 돌출된 걸림턱이 보호커버 내측부에 이와 대응되게 형성된 요홈에 끼우기 위해 보호커버 외부 선단에 맞춤위치를 선정하여 조립하게 함으로써 조립할때 맞춤위치를 정확하게 맞추어야 하는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.In the conventional method of manufacturing the phone plug, the conductive rod was first formed by putting an insulating material on the conductive rod, and the protective cover was formed by forming the second protective cover on the outside thereof.
