본 고안은 콘크리이트 내부에 골조로 들어가는 철근을 이완됨이 없이 정확하게 받쳐주는 철근받침대에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 상면에 철근이 얹어질 홈이 형성된 상협하광체의 시멘트받침대가 있었으나 상면홈에 철근이 그대로 얹어진 상태이므로 작업중 홈에서 철근이 이완되기가 쉽고 상협하광체의 저면이 콘크리트의 패널면에 접하였다가 패널제거후에는 저면 전체가 표면화되어 외관상 보기에 좋치 않은 결점이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 이와 같은 결점들을 개선하고져 저부를 W형으로 절삭시켜 콘크리이트작업후 표면화가 될 저면을 극소화 시키고 상협하광체의 정배면을 내측으로 단이지계 2단으로 형성시켜 콘크리이트와의 접합면을 극대화시키고 홈이진 상면에는 탄력성클립이 형성된 철근지지구를 부착시켜 철근을 유동 내지 이완됨이 없이 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있는 것으로 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
저부를 "W"형으로 형성시키고 상협하광체의 정배면을 내측으로 단이지게 2단면(2)으로 형성시킨 받침대(1)의 상부에 탄력성클립(11)이 상부로 노출되게 철근 지지구(10)를 하부의 양측지지대(12)가 받침대 내부로 부착되게 동일체로 성형시켜서 된 것이다.
이와 같은 구조로 된 본 고안은 상협하광체의 받침대의 정배면을 내측으로 단이지게 2단면(2)으로 형성시켜 콘크리트와의 접합면을 극대화시키고 받침대의 하부도 "W"형으로 형성시켜 양쪽의 받침면을 제외하고는 모든면이 콘크리트내부에 둘러싸여 지므로서 견고하고 받침대의 저면이 표면화되는 것을 극소화 시켰으며 받침대(1)의 상면홈에는 상부에 탄력성클립(11)이 형성된 철근지지구(10)을 하부의 양측지지대(12)가 받침대(1) 내부에서 부착되게 동일체로 성형시켰으므로 고정시킬 철근을 받침대의 상부에 노출된 탄력성클립으로 견고하게 고정시킬 수가 있는 것이다.

  1. 저부를 "w"형으로 형성시키고 상협하광체의 정배면을 내측으로 단이지게 2단면(2)으로 형성시킨 받침대(1)의 상부에 탄력성클립(11)이 상부로 노출되게 철근지지구(10)를 하부의 양측지지대(12)가 받침대 내부로 부착되게 동일체로 성형시켜서 된 철근 받침대.
