본 고안은 소형모터 조립구조에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to a small motor assembly structure.

본 고안을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면 고정자에 회전자를 조립한후 하우징에 오일레스베어링(OILLESS BEARlNG)과 보오드퓨쉬을 취부하여 보다 간편하게 모터를 조립할수 있게 한것이다.The present invention will be described in more detail by assembling the rotor to the stator and mounting the motorless bearing (OILLESS BEARlNG) and the board fuse in the housing to make it easier to assemble the motor.

종래에는 모터를 조립하려면은 제2도에 표현한 바와같이 고정자(38)에 회전자(37)를 조립한후 홈(30)이 형성된 하우징 (31)에 오일레스베어링(32). 울펠트(33), 보드퓨쉬(34)을 순차적으로 조립하고 펠트커버(35)의 양측면에 형성된돌기(36)를 하우징의 양측면에 형성된 홈(30)에 삽입시키고 돌기(36)를 구부려 하우징(31)을 조립하는 것이다. 이렇게 조립된 하우징(31)을 볼트(39)와 너트(40)를 체결하여 모터를 구성하는 것이다.Conventionally, to assemble a motor, as shown in FIG. 2, after assembling the rotor 37 to the stator 38, the oilless bearing 32 in the housing 31 in which the groove 30 is formed.
