본 고안은 절연체를 쎄라믹을 사용하므로서 절연효과를 높이는 동시에 그 수명을 길게한 산업용 전열히이터에 관한 것으로 종래의 산업용 전열히이터는 절연체를 운모를 사용해 왔가때문에 300도 이상 고열일 경우에는 운모가 산화되어 절연체의 기능을 상실하여 히이터의 수명이 짧은 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to an industrial electric heater that increases the insulation effect and lengthens its life by using ceramic as an insulator. 본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 적게하기 위하여 붕상체로된 쎄라믹동체의 일측은 요입호형으로 형성하고 타측은 융출호형으로 형성하여 상호관통되는 통공을 일정간격으로 다수 뚫어 요입호형부와 융출호형부가 서로 접지되도록 봉상체로된 쎄라믹동체를 다수 중첩시킨 다음 상호연통되는 통공을 통하여 전열선인 니크롬선을 지그재그로 삽입연결시켜 전열원통 외주에 감은 다음 외부커버를 씌워 보올트르 결속시켜 히이터를 구성하므로서 쎄라믹 특성에 의하여 800도 이상의 고열을 전열시키면서도 쎄라믹이 산화되지 않아 그 수명이 길어 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있게한 것으로 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In order to reduce the above problems, the present invention has one side of the ceramic body made of a shape of a body of bored body, and the other side is formed by the fusion arc shape, and the other side is formed by the fusion arc shape.
