HLB값이 8~12인 분산제를 시클로헥산에 분산시킨 후 반응기의 온도를 75~95℃로 올리고 중화도 50~100몰%의 아크릴산 알칼리 금속염 및 수용성 라디칼 중합개시제의 혼합액을 첨가하여 역상현탁 중합을 행한후 공비 증류하여 물의 함량이 35~55중량%가 되도록 한 후 시클로헥산을 여과시켜 중합체를 제조한 다음 메탄올에 에폭시기가 3개 이상인 가교제를 중합체 기준으로 0.5~2.5중량%넣고 혼합한 용액에 위해서 얻은 중합체를 첨가하여 70~85℃에서 1~2시간 반응시킴으로써 입자표면을 가교시킨 후 메탄올을 세척하여 여과시킨 다음 90~175℃에서 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.After dispersing a dispersant having an HLB value of 8 to 12 in cyclohexane, the temperature of the reactor was increased to 75 to 95 ° C., and a mixture of an alkali metal salt of acrylic acid and an aqueous radical polymerization initiator having a degree of neutralization of 50 to 100 mol% was added to perform reverse phase suspension polymerization.
