시중에서 범용적으로 구입이 가능한 5μ내외의 투명 B/F(A)위에 직접 자성층(B)을 15∼20μ정도로 가설하는 공정과, 상기 15∼20μ정도로 가설된 자성층(B)위에 3μ내외로 접착층(C)을 가설하여 오버시트에 열을 이용해서 접착시켜 B/F(A) 자체가 표면으로 올라와 보호층 역할을 하도록 하는 공정을 거쳐 마그네틱 스트라이프를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 스트라이프 제조 방법.The process of laying the magnetic layer (B) to about 15 to 20 µm directly on the transparent B / F (A) of about 5 µm which is commercially available on the market, and the adhesive layer to about 3 µm on the magnetic layer (B) hypothesized to about 15 to 20 µm.
