제1도는 본 발명의 기본원리에 따라 제조된 경피접착 기기에 대한 개략도, 제2도는 본 발명의 기본원리에 따라 제조된 단일체 경피 전달시스템, 제3도는 본 발명의 기본원리에 따라 제조된 보유체 경피 전달 시스템.

Claims (10)

  1. 약물의 속도-조절 전달 기기에 있어서, 상기기기는 매트리스 층을 역학적으로 지지해주는 수단; 상기 매트릭스 층내의 약물; 상기 매트릭스 층내의 화학적 침투 증진제; 및 예정된 속도로 적어도 하나의 화학적 친투 증진제 및 약물을 매트릭스 층으로 포함 및 방출시키는 내부기공의그물구조를 각각 한정하는, 상기 매트릭스 층내에 분포되어 있는 다수의 중합체 입자를 포함함으로써, 상기 증진제 및 약물의 방출 속도가 약물이 개체에 의해 체계적으로 흡수되는 속도를 조절하게 되는 것을특징으로 하는 기기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 침투 증진제는 상기 중합체 입자내에 포함되고, 한편 상기 약물은 직접 매트릭스 층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물 및 화학적 침투 증진제가 모두 중합제 입자내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물은 상기 중합체 입자내에 포함되고, 한편 상기 증진제는 직접 매트릭스층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  5. 환자에게 약물을 전달하는 속도-조절 시스템의 기기에 있어서,상기 기기는, 매트릭스층; 내부 기공의 그물 구조를 한정하는 비-붕괴성, 교차 결합된 구조를 포함하는 상기 매트릭스 층에 분포되어 있는 다수의 중합체 입자; 적어도 하나의 약물 및 중진제가 상기 중합체 입자의 기공 구조내에 존재하는 형태로 매트릭스 층내에존재하는 약물 및 화학적 침투 증진제; 및 상기 매트리스 층을 포함하고 상기 매트릭스 층을 환자의 예정된 피부 또는 막 부위에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피하 흡수 증진제는 상기 중합체 비드의 기공 그물 구조내에 존재하고, 한편 상기 약물은 상기 기공 구조내에 존재하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피하 흡수 증진제는 상기 중합체 입자의 제1그룹의 기공 그물 구조내에 존재하고, 한편 상기 약물은 상기 중합체 입자의 제2그룹의 기공 그물 구조에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 약물은 상기 중합체 비드의 기공 그물 구조내에 존재하고, 한편 상기 피하 흡수 중진제는 상기 그물 구조내에 존재하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기.
  9. 개체에의 약물의 체계적인 투여 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 개체의 예정된 피부 또는 막부위를, 상기 피부 또는 막의 흡수용량을 초과하는 농도로 존재하는 약물에 노출시키는 단계; 및 상기 예정된 피부 및 막부위를 피부 또는 막을 통한 약물의 흡수 속도를 증가시키는 피하 흡수 증진제에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하므로써, 상기 피부 또는 막으로의 증진제의 전달 속도를 조절하여 약물의 체계적인 흡수속도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 증진제 전달 속도는, 상기 증진제를 포함 및 방출하는 내부기공의 그물구조를 한정하는 비-붕괴성 교차결합 구조를 포함하는 중합체 입자로부터 예정왼 속도로 방출됨에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
