분할제품 접합장치 동체 상부에, 상면에 120°간격으로 안내홈(2)을 가지며, 일측부의 안내홈(2)과 안내홈(2')사이에 실린더 지지대(3)를 장설하여서 된 원판상의 기판(1)을 장설하되, 이 기판(1)의 중앙부에 히터 안내공(4)을 가진 히터부싱(5)을 삽설하고, 각각의 안내홈(2)에는 실린더(6)에 의해 전후 이송토록 된 전방에 분할제품 지지부(7)를 가진 슬라이더(8)를 삽설하며, 슬라이더(8)가 전후 이송하는 안내홈(2) 양축에는 슬라이더(8)가 안내홈(2)으로부터 이탈하기 못하도록 보조판(9)을 체결 고착하고 또 상기 실린더 지지대(3)에는 스톱핀 지지판(10) 및 상단부에 실린더(11)을 장설한 실린더 지지구(12)를 장설하되, 상기 스톱핀 지지판(10)에는 상단이 실린더(11)의 피스톤 로드(13) 단부에 체결된 스톱핀(14)을 삽설하였는데, 실린더(11)와 스톱핀(14)은 기판(1)에 삽설된 히터 안내공(4)과 일치되게 하였으며, 그리고 기판(1)의 하부에는 양측부에 가이드 포스트(15)를 장설하여, 이 가이드 포스트(15)에 히터(16) 및 히터(16)를 감싸는 히터링(22) 그리고 히터 고정구(17)를 장설한 히터 고정판(18)의 양측부를 삽설하여 히터 고정판(18) 하부에 고정되는 히터 가이드(19) 및 가이드 고정판(20)을 실린더(21)에 의해 밀어주도록 하므로서 히터 고정판(18)이 승강 자재토록 한 것을 특징으로 한 합성수지제 분할 제품의 접합장치.On the upper part of the split product joining device body, the upper surface has a guide groove 2 at an interval of 120 °, and a cylinder support 3 is installed between the guide groove 2 and the guide groove 2 'on one side.
