제1도는 본발명의 실시예에 의한 쓰레기 소각장치의 개략적 구성도, 제2도는 회전로의 부위별 단면도, 제3도는 제2도중 Ⅰ－Ⅰ선 단면확대도.

Claims (2)

  1. 회전로의 일측단에서 착화버어너로 화염을 내뿜어 타단측으로 유입되는 쓰레기를 소각하는 회전로를 이용한 쓰레기 소각방법에 있어서, 회전로내에서 유입초기의 쓰레기를 폐열로 건조하는 과정과 건조후 1차 연소하는 과정, 1차 재연소과정 2차 연소과정, 2차 재연소과정을 거쳐 완전 소각처리하고, 상기 각각의 과정을 거칠때 쓰레기 또는 소각 잔해물의 뒤집기(또는 뒤집어 헤치기) 작업을 병행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각방법.
  2. 활전대(9) 상에 얹히고 링기어(8)를 구동요소의 하나로 하는 회전로(2)와 착화 버어너(1), 배연처리탑(3), 집진설비(4) 및 쓰레기 투입장치(5)등으로 된 것에 있어서, 회전로(2)의 내부를 쓰레기 투입부로 부터 순차적으로 건조부(a), 1차 연소부(b1), 1차 재연소부(c1), 2차 연소부(b2), 2차 재연소부(c2) 및 재반출부(d)로 구획하고, 이들 모든 기능별 구획부분에 나선형 안내돌조(11)(12)(14)(16)(17)(20)를 형성하되, 1,2차 재연소부(c1)(c2)만은 다른 안내돌조에 대하여 반대방향으로 나선형으로 하고, 각 연소부(b1)(b2) 및 재연소부(c1)(c2)의 안내돌조(12)(16), (14)(17)상에는 뒤집기용 돌기(13)를 설치하며, 또한 각 재연소부(c1)(c2)의 안내돌조(14)(17)상에는 재가 통과할 수 있는 통공(15a)(15b)을 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각장치.
