본 고안은 플라이백트랜스포머의 고압코일보빈에 관한 것으로, 특히 고전압리드선을 수평방향으로 인출함에 있어 리드선이 이탈되는 것을 방지해 줄 수 있도록 된 플라이백트랜스포머의 고압코일보빈에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a high voltage coil bobbin of a flyback transformer, and more particularly, to a high voltage coil bobbin of a flyback transformer that can prevent the lead wire from being detached when the high voltage lead wire is drawn out in the horizontal direction.
일반적으로 플라이백트랜스포머에서 유기되는 고전압은 리이드선을 거쳐 브라운관의 애노드에 공급되도록 되어 있는 바, 이 경우 상기 플라이백트랜스포머로부터 고전압리이드선이 인출되는 부위의 구성이 종래에는 수직 또는 수평으로 인출된 다음 애노드에 접속되도록 되어있었다. 그런데 여기서 리이드선이 수직으로 인출되는 경우 인출부가 상단으로 돌출되게 됨으로써 이 인출부가 차지하게되는 공간으로 말미암아 제품의 소형화를 기하기가 어려워 이를 극복하기 위해 수평인출방식을 쓰고 있으나, 이 방식 또한 고압코일 보빈의 상단에다 단지 리이드선을 삽입시켜 줄 수 있도록 된 삽입장치만이 형성되어져 있어서 상기 삽입장치에다 리이드선을 끼워넣어준 다음 납땜접속작업을 하다보면 리이드선이 상기 삽입장치로부터 이탈되는 경우가 종종일어나 고압전선 코일과 고압리이드선의 납땜부위가 떨어지게 되는 현상이 발생하여 작업상에 커다란 문제로 되어있었다.In general, the high voltage induced in the flyback transformer is supplied to the anode of the CRT via a lead wire.
