분리형 에어콘의 상하 풍향제어 및 연동장치

본 고안은 분리형 에어콘의 실내 축상하 풍향제어장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 풍향제어각도가 임의로 정해져있어 소비자가 사용시 에어콘의 풍향이 감소되어 냉방능력이 많이 감소되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 소비자가 사용시 날개조작이 용이하도록 전면판 좌측면에 풍향제어부를 형성시켜 풍향위치가 너무 뒤로 젖혀지거나 앞으로 꺽어 에어콘 풍량이 감소되는 것을 방지하여 냉방능력이 떨어지는 결점을 보완하고 두개의 날개가 동시에 동작되게하며, 또 날개 중앙부에는 슬라이딩부를 형성하여 날개조작시 조작감이 균일하도록 한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
에어콘 전면판(1)에 고정공(2)(2')과 상하풍향제어공(3)(3') 및 슬라이드지지부(4)를 형성하고 날개(5)(5')의 일측에는 회전축(6)(6')을 양측에는 고정축(7)(7')을 각각 돌출하며 날개(5)(5')의 일측 회전축(6)(6')을 각기 조립홈(8)(8')이 형성된 고정편(9)으로 고정하고 날개(5)(5')의 중간부에는 각각 고정홈(10)과 슬라이드축(12)을 형성하여 클립(11)으로 고정토록 하여서 된 것이다.
미설명 부호 "13"은 전면판의 날개조립부이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 전면판(1)의 좌우벽면에 고정공(2)(2')과 적정각도의 길이로된 상하풍향제어공(3)(3')을 뚫어 날개(5)(5')의 양측에 돌출한 고정축(7)(7')은 고정공(2)에 회전축(6)(6')은 상하풍향제어공(3)(3')에 끼워 제2도에서와 같이 "R"각 거리만큼 회동 자재되게 하였으며, 날개(5)(5')의 회전축(6)(6')을 각기 고정편(9)의 조립홈(8)(8')에 끼워서 상하로 동시에 회동되게 하여 2개의 날개(5)(5')가 동시에 동작할 수 있도록 하였다.
또한 날개(5)(5')의 중앙부에는 고정홈(10)과 슬라이드축(12)을 형성하여 클립(11)을 끼워 고정시킨 뒤 슬라이드 지지부(4)에 고정시켜 작동되게 하였다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 날개(5)(5')가 풍향조절이 용이하게 상하의 풍향제어공(3)(3')에 착설되어 있으므로 실사용시 날개(5)(5')가 뒤로 젖혀 지거나 앞으로 꺽이는 일어 없어지게 되어 항상 일정한 풍량을 얻을 수 있게 되며, 좌측부에 공정편(9)을 착설하여 2개의 날개(5)(5')가 같이 동작할 수 있도록 되어 있어 제품 출하후 발생될 수 있는 제품결함을 보완하는데 그 효과가 매우 큰 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 전면판(1)의 날개조립부(13) 일측면에는 고정공(2)(2')과 상하풍향제어공(3)(3')을 뚫어 설치하여 이에 날개(5)(5')에 돌출형성한 회전축(6)(6') 및 고정축(7)을 각각 끼워 결합하며 상기 회전축(6)(6') 및 고정축(7')은 위치 차이를 두어 날개(5)(5')가 회전될 때 서로의 간섭을 방지하고, 상기 회전축(6)(6')의 외단은 각기 고정편(9)의 조립홈(8)(8')에 끼워주며, 날개(5)(5')의 중간부에는 고정홈(10)과 슬라이드축(12)을 형성하여 하나의 클립(11)으로 고정토록 하여서된 분리형 에어콘의 상하풍향제어 및 연동장치.
