본 고안은 힌지와 스프링만으로 냉장고의 상부 테이블의 고정구에 삽입하여 힌지를 조립하므로서 조립구조를 간단하게한 냉장고의 상부 개폐문의 유착장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to the coalescing device of the upper opening and closing door of the refrigerator by assembling the hinge by inserting the hinge into the fixture of the upper table of the refrigerator only by the hinge and the spring.
종래에는 냉장고 개폐문의 상측에 힌지 구조는 일정한 모양의 핀에 힌지의 내경을 뚫어 힌지를 고정하고 용접시켜 힌지를 만들어서 냉장고의 냉동실문에 삽입고정부를 형성하여 나사로서 고정시킨 후 상부 테이블을 조립하고 냉동실 문을 유착하게 되어 있으므로서 용접을 하여 힌지를 만들고 나사식 삽입 고정부를 형성하여 나사를 써서 냉동실 문에 조립하고 상측 테이블을 조립하여야 하는 매우 복잡한 문제점이 있었으며 또한 냉장고에 이상이 발생하여 냉동실의 문이나 상측 테이블을 분해하여야 할 때는 분해 및 조립이 어려운 문제점이 있었다.Conventionally, the hinge structure on the upper side of the refrigerator opening and closing door is fixed by welding the inner diameter of the hinge to a pin of a certain shape and welded to make a hinge.
