종래의 플라이 백(1')은 "제4도"에서와 같이 목재로된 몸체(2') 일측에 변형 방지를 위한 철제의 보강앵글(3')을 착설하고 그 상면에 형성된 원형홈(4')에 경사 안내봉(5')을 삽입하고 볼트(6')로 고정하였으며 바디삽입홈(7')에 바디(8')의 하부를 삽입하고 조정볼트(9')로 높이를 조정유지토록 한것으로서 이러한 종래의 플라이 백(1')은 중량이 무거워 전력을 많이 소모하게되고 크랭크 샤프트에 무리한 하중을 가하여 자주 파손되게하며 공장내의 습기 등으로 변형되어 바디(8')와 안내봉(5')을 변형시키므로 제직불량을 초래하고 샷틀이탈의 원인이되며 고가로 수입되는 목재의 가격이 비싸 재료비가 많이 들뿐아니라 별도로 철제 앵글(3')을 부착해주어야 하고 안내봉(5')을 볼트(6')로 고정하기 위하여 몸체(2')내에 요입홈(10')을 형성하여 고정편(11')을 매설하여아 하며 목재이기 때문에 바디 삽입홈(7')이 바디침 등의 충격으로 사용에 따라 점점 확대되므로 조정볼트(9')를 삽설하여 수시로 조정해 주어야 바디(8')의 유동을 방지하고 높이를 일정하게 유지할 수 있으므로 구성이 복잡하여 생산성이 낮고 제조 경비가 많이 들며 관리 유지가 어렵고 내구성도 비교적 낮은 등의 단점이 있는 것이었다.In the conventional flyback 1 ', as shown in FIG. 4, a circular groove 4 formed on an upper surface of the steel reinforcing angle 3' is installed on one side of the wooden body 2 'to prevent deformation. 이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 체결공(8)을 통하여 고정볼트(9)로 샷틀 레이스(11)에 부착하여 사용하며 본체를 금속으로 구성하였기 때문에 목재보다 견고하면서도 중공부(2)가 형성되어 있어 중량은 오히려 목재보다 가벼우므로 전력소모가 적고 크랭크 샤프트에 무리한 하중을 가하지 않으며 습기등에 의하여 변형되지 않으므로 제직 불량이나 샷틀 이탈의 염려가 없고 바디 삽입홈(4)이 화개되지 않으므로 바디(10)가 흔들리거나 위치가 낮아질 우려가 없고 따라서 종래와 같이 저부로 부터 조정볼트를 삽설하여 수시로 조정할 필요가 없으며 특히 원형홈(5)은 개구부(6)의 간격(L)이 경사안내봉(7)의 직경(R)보다 좁게 형성되어 있어 경사안내봉(7)을 원형홈(5)의 측부에서 밀어 넣기만 하면 되므로 종래와 같이 내부에 요입홈(10')을 요설하고 고정편(11')을 매설한 다음 볼트(6')로 고정하는 복잡하고 번거로운 불편함이 없이 간단하며, 재료비가 목재보다 적게 들뿐아니라 구성이 훨씬 간단하여 제조가 용이하고 생산성이 높아 가격이 저렴하고 관리유지가 간편하며 오래 사용할수 있는 등의 효과가 있는 것이었다.The present invention configured as described above is used to attach to the shot race 11 as a fixing bolt (9) through the fastening hole (8).
