본 고안은 농기계의 집중 윤활부에 윤활유를 분사하도록 설치되는 노즐(Nozzle)에 관한 것으로서, 특히 체크밸브(Check Valve)의 기능은 물론 노즐 분사 구멍의 막힘을 방지 할수 있도록 고안된 노즐에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a nozzle (Nozzle) is installed to inject lubricating oil to the concentrated lubrication unit of agricultural machinery, in particular to a nozzle designed to prevent the clogging of the nozzle injection hole as well as the function of a check valve (Check Valve).
농기계에 있어서 집중 윤활부(즉, 인기체인, 예취날 구동체인 등)에는 노즐을 사용하여 수시로 윤활유를 집중 분사 주유하게되는데, 이에 사용되어졌던 종래의 노즐은 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 분사구멍(50)이 형성된 노즐 몸체(51)와 니플(Nipple)(52)이 엘보우형으로 조립되고 그 내부에 단순히 체크밸브(53)를 내장시켜 불사용시에는 체크밸브(53)에 의해 유로가 패쇄되도록 하였던바, 윤활유를 분사한다는 노즐의 고유기능은 수행할 수 있지만 작업중에 발생되는 먼지 및 이물질이 분사구멍에 끼이는 것을 방지할수 있는 아무런 장치가 구성되어 있지 않아 분사구멍에 잔류하는 점도 높은 윤활유에 먼지 및 이 물질이 부착되어 분사구멍이 수시로 막히게 됨으로써 윤활유의 공급이 제대로 이루어지지 않음은 물론 불필요하게 체크 밸브 챔버(Chamber)가 크게 형성되어 있어 압력 손실이 많은 등의 문제점을 안고 있었다.In agricultural machinery, concentrated lubricating parts (ie, popular chains, cutting blade drive chains, etc.) are often lubricated by lubricating oil by using nozzles.
