본 고안은 휴대용 브리넬(Brinell) 경도기에 관한 고안이다. 종래의 브린넬 경도기는 거치식 형태로(경도기 자체무게 80-100㎏) 시험실 또는 연구실의 일정장소에 국한되어 규정시편에 대한 경도시험만이 가능했으면 일정압력(3,000㎏/㎝) 상태에서만 브린넬 경도 시험이 가능하였다. 본 고안은 무게가 가벼우면서 규정 시편외에도 직접 생산 현장의 대형제품 및 건설현장에서의 제품형태 시험위치 및 압력의 제한을 받지않고 브린넬 경도시험을 실시할 수 있으며 동시에 비커스, 쇼어, 로크웰, 경도치를 환산차트(CHART)에 의해 알수 있도록 한 것으로써 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention is a design related to a portable Brinell hardness tester.
