본 고안은 지하에 매설된 동축 케이블로부터 각 가정에 배선하기 위해 설치하는 FRP전신주에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an FRP telegraph pole installed for wiring in each home from underground coaxial cables.
종래의 전신주는 전체를 콘크리트로 형성하여 각 가정에 공급되는 케이블선을 전신주의 일측에 철판카바로서 부착하고 그 상단을 단자함에 수납하여 배설한 것이므로 중량물로서 운반과 건주작업이 용이하지 않고 우천시 빗물의 침투로 오접등 전화고장이 많이 발생할 뿐아니라 십수종의 각종 케이블선이 외부로 노출되어 외관상 보기 싫으며 낙뢰방지를 워한 피뢰침 설치시 별도의 동판을 부착해야하는등 여러가지의 폐단이 있었다.Conventional telegraph poles are made of concrete, and the cable lines supplied to each home are attached to one side of the telegraph poles as iron plate covers, and the upper ends are stored in the terminal box. 본 고안은 이와같은 점을 감안하여 전신주를 FRP로서 형성하고 그 내부에 형성된 중공부에 케이블선을 수납하여 외부에서 보이지 않도록 은폐시키므로서 외관상 미려하게 하고 또한 피뢰침은 내부에 매설한 보강용 철조를 이용하여 간단히 설치하므로서 종래의 결점을 일소한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.In view of the above, the present invention forms the telephone pole as an FRP and stores the cable wire in the hollow formed therein, concealing it from the outside so that it is beautiful in appearance, and the lightning rod uses the reinforcing steel buried in the inside. 내부에 중공부(2)가 형성되도록 성형한 FRP재전신주(1)의 내부에 보강철조(3)를 매설한 것에 있어서 보강철조(3)의 상하단에 통상의 피뢰침(4)과 접지선(5)을 연결시키고 지하에 매설되는 전신주(1)의 하부와 케이블연관 보호함(6)이 부착되는 상부위치에 케이블용 인입공(7)과, 인출공(8)을 각각 중공부(2)와 연통되게 관통시키며 케이블 연관 보호함(6)의 상부에 착설하는 통상의 인입선 단자함(9)의 측부에 뚫린 구멍(10)의 내측하방에는 단면 L자 형상의 방수판(11)을 부착하고 전신주(1)의 외면 중간근처에 투명아크릴판(12)을 하부만 개방되게 착설하여 그 내부에 번호판(14)이 수납되는 삽입부(13)를 형성시켜서 되는 것이다.In the case where the reinforcing steel 3 is embedded in the FRP reinforcing pole 1 formed so that the hollow part 2 is formed therein, the normal lightning rod 4 and the ground wire 5 are placed on the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing steel 3. 이와같이 된 본 고안을 실시함에 있어서는 FRP재로 성형한 전신주(1)를 하부의 케이블용 인입공(7)이 지하에 묻히도록 건주하고 지하에 매설된 케이블(15)을 케이블용 인입공(7)을 통해 전신주(1)의 내부인 중공부(2)로 삽입하여 이를 거쳐 케이블 연관 보호함(6)이 부착된 인출공(8)으로 인출하게 되는바 이와같이 인출된 케이블(15)은 케이블 연관 보호함(6)을 거쳐 그 상단의 인입선 단자함(9)으로 들어가 단자분기판(16)에 분리 결전된 후 상측부의 구멍(10)을 통해 가입자들에게 연결된다. 이때 구멍(10)을 통해 인출되는 케이블(15)은 구멍(10)의 하방에 부각된 L자형상의 방수판(11)에 의해 제3도와 같이 절곡되어 인출되므로 우천시 케이블(15)을 타고 흐르는 빗물은 방수판(11)에 의해 차단되어 단자분기판(16)에 흘러가지 않게됨에 따라 합선 및 오접이 발생하는 종래의 폐단이 해소되는 것이다.In carrying out the present invention as described above, the cable pole 1 formed of FRP material is dried so that the cable entry hole 7 in the lower part is buried underground, and the cable 15 embedded in the base is placed in the cable entry hole 7.
