본 발명은 도비기 종광을 승강시키는데 연결하여 사용되는 와이어 로-프를 개량한 것으로서 피복물과 철선간의 미끄럼 현상이 없게 구성시킨 것이다.
종래의 와이어 로-프는 철선외면의 실을 직성하고 그 외면에 다시 실을 직성하여 이중으로 피복되게한 것인바, 사용중에 외면의 실이 마손되어도 내부의 실이 존재하므로 수명이 오래가는 효과는 있지만, 실과 철사가 서로 유지되기 때문에 기계에 설치하여 사용하게되면 철사와 피복실 사이에 서로 마찰이 생겨서 쉽게 닳아 떨어지는 폐단이 있었다.
본 발명은 위와 같은 종래의 걸졈을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
철선(1) 외면에 소정두께로 나일론수지 피복물(2)을 형성시켜 그 외면에 나일론사 직성물로된 외피(3)를 피복하되 이들을 초산이 함유된 180℃의 물속에 1시간정도 침지하여 나일론수지 피복물(2)이 연화되면서 표면에 직성된 나일론사 직성물의 용출부만큼 나일론사 표면에 요입홈(2')이 생기면서 서로 결합되어 응축되게 경화시킨 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 발명은 철선(1)과 나일론수지 피복물(2) 및 나일론사 직성물(3)이서로 완전히 결합되어 임계면에서도 서로간에 미끄러짐이 생기지 않아서 사용중에 마찰로인한 자체 마모현상을 감소시켜 오래 사용할 수 있도록 되는 실용성이 있고, 대량생산이 가능하여 종래 보다 수명이 훨씬더 길고 값싼 제품을 공급할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 철선(1) 외면에 소정두께로 나일론수지 피복물(2)을 형성시켜 그 외면에 나일론사 직성물로된 외피(3)를 피복하되 이들을 초산이 함유된 180℃의 물속에 1시간정도 침지하여 나일론수지 피복물(2)이 연화되면서 표면에 직성된 나일론사 직성물의 용출부만큼 나일론사 표면에 요임홈(2')이 생기면서 서로 결합되어 응축되게 경화시킨 도비기용 와이어 로-프.
