순도 99.9% 이성의 티탄(Ti)금속을 직경 2㎛-10㎛ 분말로 분쇄하고 이에 소정량의 혼합제인 캄파 및 아세톤 혼합한후 이를 오븐에 넣고 온도 50℃, 시간 20-30분간 혼합 건조시킨 혼합 건조 공정과, 금형으로서 소정의 압력과 밀도로 성형시키는 성형 공정과, 상기 성형된 성형체를 분위기로에서 온도 300-400℃조건으로 캄파를 제거하고 이어서 온도 700℃-1500℃로 예비 소결과 본 소결을 실시한 소결 공정과, 공지의 화학처리 공정을 행하여서 된 것을 특징으로하는 티탄 전해 콘덴서의 제조방법.Titanium (Ti) metal of 99.9% purity is pulverized into a powder of 2㎛-10㎛ in diameter, mixed with a predetermined amount of camphor and acetone, and then mixed into a oven and mixed at temperature of 50 ℃ for 20-30 minutes.
