본 고안은 가습기에 있어서, 물에 뜰수 있는 부레, 샤프트, 마이크로스위치를 사용하여 가습기의 주전원을 차단할 수 있게된 가습기 자동 전원 차단장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a humidifier automatic power cut-off device that can cut off the main power of the humidifier by using a float, shaft, microswitch that can float in the water.
종래의 가습기 전원 차단 장치에 있어서는 조작부의 푸쉬버턴 스위치에 의해서만 가습기의 주전원이 차단되었는데 이때 가습기 탱크내에 물이 떨어졌을대 내장된 리이드스위치에 의하여 진동자의 전원은 차단되지만 공기를 불어주는 팬과 조작부의 전원램프는 계속 작동하게 됨에 따라 전력손실을 가져올뿐만 아니라 가습기내에 내장되어 있는 리이드스위치로는 주전원을 차단할수가 없던 결점이 있었다.In the conventional humidifier power cut-off device, the main power of the humidifier is cut off only by the push button switch of the operation part. 상기와 같이 조립된 본원은 가습기 본체(1)내에 물이 차있을 경우에는 전원스위치를 ON하여도 부레(4)가 물에 떠있으므로 전원이 차단되지 않음에 따라 송풍팬이작동하고 전원램프가 켜지고 가습작용이 이루어지는 상태에서 일단 가습기 본체(1)내에 물이 떨어졌을 경우에는 도면 제2도에 도시된 바와같이 물의 부력에 의해 떠있던 부레(4)와 샤프트(5)가 물이 줄어들면서 자중에 의해 전원 차단용 마이크로스위치(2)를 작동시켜 가습기 본체(1)의 주전원을 차단시킴에 따라 전원스위치를 ON시켜도 송풍팬 전원램프뿐만 아니라 전원스위치도 작동되지 않는 상태가 되다가 가습기 본체(1)내부에 물이 다시 넣게되면 부레(4), 샤프트(5)가 다시 뜨면서 전원 차단용 마이크로스위치(2)가 작동되게 된 것으로 본원은 전력의 손실을 줄일 수 있게 된 것이다.When the water is filled in the humidifier main body 1 as described above, the air supply fan is turned on and the power supply lamp is turned on because the power supply is not cut off because the air supply 4 is floating even when the power switch is turned on.
