오일여과기의 엘레멘트

본 고안은 오일여과기의 엘레멘트에 관한 것으로, 엘레멘트 저면에 여과받침판을 삽착시켜 사용이 간편하게 함을 목적으로 한 것이다.
종래 오일여과기는 여과기 바닥에 여과받침판을 별도로 고정시킨 다음 여과체인 엘레멘트를 여과 받침판을 얹어 뚜껑을 여과기 위에 덮어 밀폐시켜 오일을 여과하도록 된 것이기 때문에 대형 중기에 사용되는 오일 여과기는 210-350k의 오일압력을 받게 되어 오래 사용하게되면 여과받침판이 우그러지거나 오일에 섞인 이물질이 끼이게 되어 여과효과를 반감시키게 되므로 이때 엘레멘트와는 별개로 여과받침판을 교체하여야 하며 이 교체작업이 엘레멘트 교체보다는 매우 번거로운 결점이 있는 것이었다.
본 고안은 이상과 같은 종래의 결점을 시정하여 엘레멘트 저면에 여과받침판을 조립시켜 엘레멘트 교체시키어 여과받침판도 함께 교체되도록 하므로써, 엘레멘트와 여과받침판의 교체작업이 용이하도록함은 물론 여과효과를 높이도록 구성한 것으로써, 이하 도면에 따라 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
부직포(1)를 두루마리 형식으로 말아 그 중심부에 수직관(2)을 삽착하여서된 오일여과용 엘레멘트(3)에 있어서, 다수개의 소공(4)이 천공되고 상면중앙에 삽착관(5)과 삽착관(5) 주위에 격벽환(6)을 형성하고, 저면둘레에 둘레환턱(7)과 수지관(2)의 중간에 중간환턱(8)을 형성하여 여과받침판(9)을 형성시켜 삽착관(5)을 엘레멘트(3)의 수직관(2) 하단부에 끼워 격벽환(6)이 삽착관(5) 하단부 주위에 삽착되도록 엘레멘트(3) 저면에 여과받침판(9)을 부착하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 10은 여과통이며 11은 뚜껑이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 제3도와 같이 여과통(10)내에 삽착하여서 사용하게 된 것으로, 사용중 엘레멘트(3)를 교체하게 되면 여과받침판(9)도 함께 교체되는 것이기 때문에, 종래 여과받침판(2)을 별도로 여과통(10) 바닥에 조립시켰던 것보다는 교체작업이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 교체작업시 오일찌꺼기도 함께 제거되므로 여과통(10) 내부 청소도 간편하므로 사용이 매우 편리함은 물론 여과 받침판(9)의 저면에 형성시킨 둘레환턱(7)과 중간환턱(8)에 의하여 여과받침판(9) 저면과 여과통(10)의 바닥 사이에 오일통로 공간이 자연적으로 알맞게 형성되어 오일유통이 원활하여 여과효과가 월등한 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.

  1. 권착한 부직포(1) 중앙에 수직관(2)을 삽착하여서된 종래의 엘레멘트(3)에 있어서, 수개의 소공(4)이 천공된 상면에 삽착관(5)과 격벽환(6)을 형성하고, 저면에 둘레환턱(7)과 중간환턱(8)을 환설한 여과받침판(9)의 삽착관(5)을 엘레멘트(3)의 하단에 끼워 격벽환(6)이 그 주위에 밀착되도록 여과받침판(9)을 엘레멘트(3)저면에 부착하여서된 오일여과기의 엘레멘트.
