본 고안은 소형정미기에 있어서 겨배출용 닥트의 개량에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an improvement of the duct for bran discharge in small rice scouring machine.
소형정미기의 도정실에는 벼가 도정되는 과정에서 많은 마찰열이 발생하므로 겨들이 도정실 내의 열과 압력에 의하여 서로 엉겨붙고 압착되어 배출이 잘 안되는 경향이 있으며 이로 인하여 회전축봉에 부하가 많이 걸려 전력소모가 많고 탈강망과 도정익편의 마손율이 높으며 도정된 쌀의 배출도 지체되어 작업능률이 떨어지는 등의 문제점이 있었으나 종래 겨배출용 닥트는 탈강망의 외부를 둘러싼 좌우 만곡판이 볼트로 서로 결합되고 그 일측끝부분이 흡입팬과 연결된 것으로서 탈강망 외부를 거의 밀폐하고 있어 이러한 도정실 내에서 발생하는 도정 열을 거의 냉각시키지 못하고 있는 결점이 있는 것이었다.In the milling room of the small rice mill, a lot of frictional heat is generated during rice milling, so the chaffs are entangled with each other by the heat and pressure in the milling room and compressed, so it is not easy to be discharged. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 통상의 방법과 같이 탈강망(5) 좌우에 만곡편(1)(1')을 볼트(2)로 결합하여 닥트(A)를 형성하고 닥트(A)의 끝부분을 배출관(7)과 연결하여 사용하며 도정 작업이 진행되면 배출관(7)내 송풍팬의 작용으로 도정실내의 겨들이 탈강망(5), 닥트(A) 및 배출관(7)을 통하여 배출되는 것은 종래와 같으나 송풍팬의 흡입작용으로 다수의 통기공(4)을 통하여 외부공기가 닥트(A)내로 흡입되며 닥트(A)내로 흡입되는 공기는 다수의 안내편(3)이 닥트(A)의 상측내부를 여러개의 작은 공간으로 구획하고 있어 매우 강하게 흡입되고 강하게 흡입된 공기는 안내편(3)의 안내로 탈강망(5)의 장공(6)을 통하여 도정실내로 유입되므로 탈강망(5)과 도정실이 냉각되어 겨들이 열압착되어 엉겨붙는 것을 방지하고 신속히 배출되게 하므로서 회전축봉(8)에 부하가 적게 걸려 전력소모가 감소되고 탈강망(5)등 부품의 마손율도 저하되며 도정된 쌀도 빨리 배출되므로 작업능률이 향상되는 작용효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above forms the duct (A) by combining the curved pieces (1) (1 ') with bolts (2) on the left and right of the derailing net (5) as in the usual method, and the end of the duct (A) is discharged to the discharge pipe.
