본 고안은 전동기에 의하여 개폐되는 자동문에 이상이 생기거나 문틀사이에 이물질이 끼어 작동이 원활치 않을 경우에 자동개폐를 중지시키고 수동으로 개폐할 수 있게 한 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에 안전장치를 하지 않은 경우에는 자동개폐장치를 분해해야하는 문제점이 있었고, 안전장치를 한 것은 그 안전장치의 구조가 복잡하여 조작이 어려울 뿐 아니라 고장율이 많은 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a safety device that stops automatic opening and closing and manually opens and closes when an abnormality occurs in an automatic door opened or closed by an electric motor or foreign matter is stuck between the door frames. 이와같이 회전되는 워엄기어(4)의 회전축(3) 일단에 착설된 체인기어(14)에 걸린 체인(15)이 따라 돌게되어 이 체인(15)에 연결된 개폐문(16)이 열리거나 닫히게 되는데 이때 개폐문이 이상이 생겨 개폐가 불안전하거나 개폐문(16)에 어떠한 물건이 끼어있어 닫치지 않을 경우에 개폐문(16)을 수리하거나 끼어있는 물건을 빼내기 위하여 개폐문(16)을 열고져할 경우에는 회전작동봉(10)을 회전시켜 회전작동봉(10)의 중앙에 형성한 반달캠(9)이 제3도에서와 같이 회전축(3)에 형성한 삽입관(3a)내로 밀어넣게 되면 코일스프링(6)을 압축하면서 들어가게되어 워엄기어(4)의 키홈(13)과 회전축(3)에 형성한 통공(11)에 끼어있던 스틸볼(12)이 왕복작동봉(8)의 중앙부에 형성한 요입부(7)에 들어가게 되므로 워엄기어(4)는 공회전하게 되므로 수동으로 개폐문을 열어 수리하거나 끼어있는 것을 빼낼 수 있으며, 자동으로 구동코져할 경우는 회전작동봉(10)을 회전시켜 반달캠(9)이 제2도와 같이 되면 코일스프링(6)의 탄발력에 의하여 밀려나오게 되므로 왕복작동봉(8)의 요입부(7)와 회전축(3)에 뚫은 통공(11)에 삽입된 스틸볼(12)이 밀려서 상승되어 워엄기어(4)와 회전축(3)이 같이 돌게되므로 역전모우터(5)에 의하여 개폐문을 자동으로 개폐할 수 있게 한 것으로, 그 구조가 간단하여 조작이 손쉬울뿐 아니라 고장율이 적은 이점이 있는 것이다.The chain 15 caught by the chain gear 14 installed at one end of the rotating shaft 3 of the worm gear 4 rotated in this way is rotated so that the opening and closing door 16 connected to the chain 15 is opened or closed.
