종래의 프라스틱 선조로된 마당비는 그 프라스틱 선조의 탄성이 종래의 싸리비나 대(竹)비 보다 탄성이 약하여 쉬 만곡하기 때문에 필요에 따라 요구되는 빗살의 접지 면적 및 압력조절이 거의 불가능하여 접지면적이 획일적이고 청소감각 및 작업능률이 둔한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 결점을 제거하기 위하여 프라스틱재를 써서 약간 굴곡된 중공의 곡관밑에 약간 굵은 원통상 탄성통을 형성하고 이 하단연 표면에 끈구멍이 천설된 수개의 편조를 형성하고 곡관에는 속편조가 형성된 겉뚜껑을 밀감하여서된 것으로 탄성통 표면에 빗살을 피복하여 상단과 중간을 끝으로 결속하고 지면을 쓸때 비살이 허트러지지 않고 정연한 상태를 하고 빗살에 가하는 압력에 따라 탄성통이 타원형상으로 변형케 하여 빗살의 만곡도에 의한 접지면적 넓이를 대나무비와 같이 다양하게 자동 조절케한 것인데 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
프라스틱재를 써서 α각도로 굴곡된 중공의 곡관(1)밑에 약간 굵은 원통상 탄성통(2)을 형성하고 이 하단연 표면에 끈구멍(3)이 천설된 수개의 편조(4)를 형성하고 탄성통(2)표면에는 프라스틱 선조로된 빗살(5)을 편조가 개입되도록 균일하게 피복하여 끈구멍(3)에 꾄 끈(6)으로 결속하고 상단 곡관(1)부에는 끈(6')으로 결박하고 이 위 사면돌편(12)에는 속편조(7)가 내벽에 형성되고 홈(8)이 중심공(9)연에 절각된 겉뚜껑(10)을 밀감하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 11은 자루, 13은 고정나사를 표시한 것임.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 겉뚜껑(1)은 홈(8)이 곡관(1)의 사면돌편(12)에 끼어서 돌지 않고 속편조(7)와 하방의 편조(4)가 빗살(5)틈에 개입되었기 때문에 빗살(5)이 정면하여 밀리지 않고 지면에 쓸때는 곡관(1)이 α의 각도로 굴곡되어 탄성통(2)이 약간 경사져서 빗살에 가하는 압력에 달라 탄성통(2)이 다양한 타원형으로 변형하므로 빗살의 접지면 넓이도 변하여 청소할 오물량에 따라 임시 응변케 한다. 지면에서 빗살(5)를 뗄떼는 탄성통(2)변형이 원상인 원형으로 회복하므로 만곡된 빗살(5)의 변형도 원통 탄력으로 다시 원상회복한다. 이와같이 지면을 청소할때 청소할 오물의 다라에 따라 빗살(5)의 지면압력에 의한 만곡도로서 접지면적을 탄성좋은 대나무빗살과 같이 임의로 자동조절하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 도면에 표시한 바와 같이 프라스틱재를써 α각도로 굴곡된 중공의 곡관(1)밑에 약간 굵은 원통상 탄성통(2)을 형성하고 이 하단연 표면에 끝구멍(3)이 천설된 수개의 편조(4)를 형성하고 탄성통(2)표면에는 프라스틱 선조로된 빗살(5)을 편조가 개입되도록 균일하게 피복하여 끈구멍(3)에 꾄 끈(6)으로 결속하고 상단 곡관(1)부에는 끈(6')으로 결박하고 이 위 사면돌편(12)에는 속편조(7)가 내벽에 형성되고 홈(8)이 중심공(9)연에 절각된 겉뚜껑(10)을 속편조(7)가 빗살(5)틈에 개입토록 밀감하여서된 개량청소비.
