본 고안은 압전형 필름스피커에 관한 것으로, 진동판의 좌, 우변을 진동흡음재를 매개로 하여 프레임과 엣지커버사이에다 접속시켜서 진동판의 이상 진동현상을 방지하고, 중, 저음 대역을 넓혀줌으로써 스피커의 음질을 개선시킨 압전형 필름 스피커에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a piezoelectric film speaker, and the left and right sides of the diaphragm are connected between the frame and the edge cover through the vibration absorbing material to prevent abnormal vibration of the diaphragm, and to widen the mid and low bands, thereby improving the sound quality of the speaker. 일반적으로 압전형 스피커는 기계적인 힘을 가하면 대전형상이 나타나게 되고, 그 역으로 결정을 전계속에 놓게 되면 기계적으로 찌그러지는 성질을 갖는 압전소자에 전압이 인가되어 기계적 변형 즉 진동이 일어나게 되는바, 이 진동을 진동판에 전달해서 음압을 발생시키도록 된 것으로, 다이나믹형 스피커에 비해 부피가 적고, 중량 또한 가벼워 천장에 달거나 벽에 걸어서 사용할 수 있으며, 조립이 간단하여 대량생산이 가능하도록 되어 있었으나 압전소자의 진동특성으로 인해 청취감이 좋은 중·저음을 발생시키지 못하여 고음전용 스피커나 신호용 부저등에만 사용해야 하는 제한이 따랐으며, 특히 고음 스피커에서는 압전소자 특유의 금속성 재생음이 발생되는 등의 문제가 초래되었는바, 이를 보완하기 위해 필름진동판을 이용한 압전형 필름스피커가 개발되었으며 이 또한 진동판의 좌, 우측부가 개방되어 있는 관계로 압전소자로부터 전달되는 진동판의 진동현상이 상기 진동판의 상, 하부에서 불균일하게 됨에 따라 이상음을 발생시키게 되는 문제점이 있었다.In general, a piezoelectric speaker has a charging force when mechanical force is applied, and conversely, when a crystal is placed on the front, a voltage is applied to a piezoelectric element having a mechanical distortion property, thereby causing mechanical deformation, or vibration.
