본 고안은 각종 산업용 탱크의 사용될 수 있는 탱크 구성판재에 관한 것으로, 내산 및 내식성을 갖도록 내부에 수지 코팅이 처리되는 판재에 있어서 이 수지코팅층이 내박리성을 갖도록한 탱크 구성판재에 관한 것이다.
종래 산업용 탱크는 그 탱크의 벽을 철판으로 구성하므로서 탱크에 용입되는 각종 산업용 액상물질에 의하여 부식되는 위험이 있으며, 이러한 부식 위험을 줄이기 위하여 내산 및 내식성을 갖는 수지물로 내벽을 코팅한 것이 있으나 이러한 수지물이 철판의 표면에 확고히 점착 또는 접착되지 못하고 박리되어 파열되므로 역시 철판 내벽이 부식될 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안에 있어서는 종래의 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
각종 산업용 탱크(1)(2)를 구성하는 철판재(3)의 내면에 수지층(4)을 피복한 것에 있어서, 수지층(4)을 피복하기전에 철판재(3)의 내면에 금속망(5)을 전개하고 수곳을 스폿트 용접(6)으로 고정한 다음 금속망(5)상에 수지층(4)을 피복하여서된 구조이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 각종 형태 또는 각종산업용으로 사용하기 위한 탱크(1)(2)를 구성하는 철판재(3)의 내면 수지층(4)은 각종 산업용 액상물질의 공격으로부터 탱크(1)(2)를 구성하는 철판재(3)를 보호한다. 이러한 내면의 수지층(4)은 주위 온도변화 또는 다른 요인으로 외력등으로 철판재(3)에서 분리 또는 박리되기 쉬우나 본 고안에 있어서는 철판재(3)의 내면에 금속망(5)을 전개하고 이를 철판재(3)에 대하여 스폿트 용접(6)으로 고정하였으므로 금속망(5)과 철판제(3)를 일체화할 수 있고, 이러한 금속망(5)의 전개된 표면에 수지층(4)을 형성하므로서 이 수지층(4)은 철판재(3)의 여면과 금속망(5)에 부착되어 강한 부착력이 유지될 수 있어 박리되지 아니하는 잇점을 갖는다.

- 각종 산업용 탱크(1)(2)를 구성하는 철판재(3)의 내면에 수지층(4)을 피복한 것에 있어서, 수지층(4)을 피복하기 전에 철판재(3)의 내면에 금속망(5)을 전개하고 수곳을 스폿트 용접(6)으로 고정한 다음 금속망(5) 상에 수지층(4)을 피복하여서된 각종 산업용 탱크의 탱크 구성판재.
