제3도는 회전 절단도와 이송벨트의 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 상호 대접되어 부분 접합되는 상, 하면 포장용지(A),(B)를 각각 권취시켜 상면 포장용지(A)의 표면에 무늬가 인쇄되고 2차 로울러(8)에서 상면 포장용지의 이면 테두리부에 접착액이 혼합된 인쇄 잉크가 도착되어지게 하여, 이에 이면 포장용지(B)가 대접된 회전 칼날 원판(9),(9A)에 의하여 설정된 쪽으로 세절되어진 포장용지의 표면부가 부착되어져 고정 절단도(11)와 회전 절단도(12)사이에서 일정 크기의 포장대판으로 절단되고 이송 벨트로 이송시켜 이를 포개어 놓은 상태에서 성형도로 절단되어 숟가락 포장대가 자동으로 성형되어지게 한 숟가락 포장대의 제조 자동화 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전 칼날 원판(9),(9A)의 대접부위가 철형 (9-1)과 요형 (9A-1)이 되어 철형부가 요형 사이에 긴밀히 접하여지게 한 것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 정 절단도(11)를 비스듬히 설치하고 회전 절단도(12)도 비스듬히 착설된 상태에서 회전되며 절단도(11),(12)의 끝단이 상호 부딪치며 종이를 절단하고 이송벨트로 절단되어진 포장대판을 끌어 당길 수 있게 하여서 된 것.
