Claims (1)
- 목질판의 표면에 접착성을 갖는 폴리올레핀계 공중합 수지의 분말을 살포하고, 이것을 가열, 가압시켜 형성된 수지위에, 상기 수지와 상용성을 갖는 비접착성 폴리올레핀계 수지의 분말을 살포하고, 이것을 벨트식 프레스 장치의 길이 방향 중앙부에 설치된 칸막이 벽에 의해 입구단부에서 칸막이벽 까지의 사이의 전반부를 가열 융착 에어리어로, 및 칸막이 벽에서 벨트종단부의 출구까지의 후반부를 냉각 에어리어로 구획하여 형성되는 벨트식 프레스장치에 통과시켜, 벨트로 수지면을 누르고 그대로의 상태를 유지시키면서 가열융착 에어리어에서는 가열, 가압, 융착, 및 냉각 에어리어에서는 가압성형과 냉각의 전공정을 연속적으로 실시함으로써 상기 접착성 수지층의 상면에 비접착성 수지층을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트형틀용판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
