본 고안은 원동기등 각종기계의 오일내에 함유된 수분과 이물질등을 제거할수 있도록한 오일청정장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an oil cleaning device capable of removing moisture and foreign substances contained in oil of various machines such as prime movers.
종래에는 오일에 함유된 이물질등을 제거하기위하여 오일순환계통의 일단에 오일필터을 설치하고 있었으나, 이는 수분등은 제거할수없었고, 다만, 오일에 함유되어있는, 이물질만을 제거할수있기 때문에 오일필터를 자주교체하거나 청소해야하는 문제점이 있었으며 오일에 함유되는 물에 의해서 오일이 희석되므로 오일의 수명을 단축시키는 등의 문제점이 있었다.In the past, an oil filter was installed at one end of an oil circulation system to remove foreign matters contained in oil. 즉, 오염된 오일이 유입되는 유입구(1)에 히터부(2)를 설치하고 이에 방사상의 전열선(5)을 익차(4)에 설치시킨 회전전열체(3)를 회동가능하게 설치하며 이의 일측에 오일 분리망(7)과 뜨게(8), 오일필터(9)를 내장한 오일분리통(6)을 설치하고 이의 하방에는 오일토출펌프(10)를, 상부에는 고냉응축기(I1)를 각각 연결설치하여 고냉응축기(11)에는 투시창(13)을 가진 물분리통(12)을 설치하고 이에 진공펌프(14)를 설치토록 구성한 것으로 미설명부호 15는 역지변 16은 드레인변이다.That is, the heater 2 is installed in the inlet 1 through which the contaminated oil flows, and the rotary heating element 3 having the radial heating wire 5 installed therein is rotatably installed and one side thereof.
