본 고안은 여러가지 물건들이 많고 협소한 주방에서 각종 도마를 장소에 구애됨이 없이 간편하고 위생적으로 꽂아 보관할 수 있도록 고안한 도마 꽂이에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cutting board holder designed to store various cutting boards conveniently and hygienically in a small kitchen with many objects.
종래에는 주방에서 도마를 사용하고 난 뒤 이를 한쪽 벽에 기대어 세워 놓거나 도마 뒷면의 다리(다리가 없는 경우는 걸구멍)를 이용하여 벽면의 못에 걸어 보관하는 것이 보통이었고 어떤 경우에는 단순히 싱크대위등의 한쪽 빈 곳에 그냥 놓아두는 경우도 종종 있어서 도마의 보관 상태가 매우 불안정하고 도마가 지닌 물기의 배수가 잘 안돼 비위싱적이있을 뿐만 아니라 잘 단속하여 보관해두지 않을 경우 여러가지 잡다한 물건들이 많고 번잡한 주방에서 이리저리 걸거치게 되는 번거로움이 있었다.Traditionally, after using a cutting board in the kitchen, it was usually erected against one wall or stored on a nail on the wall using the legs on the back of the cutting board (or a hole in the leg if there is no leg). 즉, 본 고안은 좌우로 긴 몸체 상면에 내측으로 오목지게 만곡부(11)를 형성한 받침대(1)의 양측부에 돌출부(2)를 대향 형성하되 이 돌출부(2)에 봉체를형으로 절곡하여서된 대소 호울더(3)(4)를 전후로 마주보게 입설하고, 만곡부(11)상에는 받침대(1)의 전후로 진행되는 받침돌조(12)를 일정 간격으로 다수개 형성하되 이를 받침돌조(12) 사이에 마다 통수공(13)을 뚫어 설치하여서된 것이며, 미실명 부호 5는 도마이다. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 상술한 도마꽂이를 그 받침대(1)가 아래로 오게하여 주방의 적소에 비치한 상태에서 도마의 몸체를 상기 받침대(1) 상부의 전후 호울더(3)(4) 사이에 끼워 넣어 도마의 몸체가 이들 호울더(3)(4) 사이에서 협지되도록 하여 사용하는 것으로, 도마를 호울더(3)(4) 사이에 꽂아 넣을 때 도면제1도에서 보는 바와 같이 도마 한쪽의 넓은 측부가 받침대(1) 양측의 돌출부(2) 상에 동시에 걸쳐 있게 하거나 혹은 도마의 좁은쪽 일측부를 받침대(1) 중앙의 받침돌조(12)들 상에 재치시키거나 또는 도마의 넓은쪽 측부를 한쪽 돌출부(2)상에 재치시킴과 동시에 그 측부 말단의 모서리부는 반대쪽 돌출부(2)의 내측 하단부에 착지시켜두는 것등의 여러가지 다양한 상태로 도마를 간편히 꽂아 보관할 수가 있는 것이다. 호울더(3) (4)는 도면제2도에서 보는 바와 같이 이들 사이의 간격의 윗쪽으로 갈수록 보다 좁아지게 설치되어 있어 이들 호울더(3)(4) 사이에 도마를 꽂아 넣었을 때 좁은 폭의 그 윗단들이 상호간 다소 벌어져 다시 원위치 되려는 자체 탄력으로 도마 몸체를 안정되게 협지해 주게되며, 도마를 꽂은 상태에서 도마의 물기는 도마 몸체를 타고 점차 아래로 흘러 내려 만곡부(11)로 낙하된 후 통수공(13)들을 통해 위생적으로 배수된다.That is, in the present invention, the protrusions 2 are formed on both sides of the pedestal 1 on which the curved portions 11 are formed to be concave inwards on the upper and left long body surfaces.
