아세틸클로라이드 또는 케텐올을 L-아스파르트산과 반응하여 N-아세틸-L-아스파르트산을 얻고, 이를 탈수화하여 무수물로 만든후. 페닐알라닌과 축합하여 N-아세틸-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르를 얻고, 이를 용해도차에 의해 α-이성체만을 분리한 후, 탈아세틸화 함을 특징으로 하는 α-APM을 제조하는 방법.Reacting acetylchloride or ketenol with L-aspartic acid to give N-acetyl-L-aspartic acid which is dehydrated to anhydrous.
