중량%로 Si:4-8%, Mn:2.0%이하, C,N,O,S:0.1%이하 및 잔부 Fe로 조성되는 고규소강을 열간 및 온간압연한 후 균일화 소둔을 거처 냉간압연한 다음 최종소둔하여 고규소강판을 제조하는 데 있어서, 상기냉간압연전 수둔판의 표면조도를 5.0㎛이하가 되도록 연마함을 특징으로 하는 냉간압연성이 우수한 고규소강판의 제조방법.After hot and hot rolling, the high silicon steel composed of Si: 4-8%, Mn: 2.0% or less, C, N, O, S: 0.1% or less and the balance Fe is subjected to uniform annealing, followed by cold rolling.
