본 고안은 물이나 가스등을 압송하는데 사용되는 관체의 이음부에 물이나 가스등의 누출을 방지하기 위하여 팩킹 역할을 하는 슬리브의 개량에 관한 고안이다.The present invention relates to an improvement of a sleeve that serves as a packing in order to prevent leakage of water or gas at the joint of a pipe used to pump water or gas.
