상기와 같이 조립된 본원의 원통용기의 동심도 측정기에 있어서는 각종 모터 하우징과 같은 두 원통형상의 용기형태를 가지면서 동시에 동심도를 요구하는 제품의 프레스 가공 완료후 동심도 측정시 이용되며 제품 특성상 전수검사가 요구되는 제품에 이용되어지는 것으로 도면 제1도에 도시된 바와같이 일단 스크류고정판(7)에 고정된 스크류(8)를 스크류부시(4)내로 핸들(6)을 이용 돌려 끼워서 하강시켜 스크류(8)의 끝단부가 누름판(25)을 눌러 제품(23)내경에 의해 회전판(18)이 위치결정봉(14)과 완전히 위치 결정된 다음 제품(23)을 원주 방향으로 서서히 회전시키면서 다이얼 게이지 고정볼트(21)및 다이얼 게이지 고정판(22)에 의해 고정설치된 다이얼게이지(20)의 눈금을 읽어 제품(23)의 동심도 측정값을 읽는데 이 상태에서 일단 동심도 측정이 끝난다음 스크류(8)를 다시 반대로 핸들(6)을 이용하여 반대방향으로 돌려 누름판(25)및 덮개(24)를 제거하고 제품(23)을 취출하게된 것으로 상기와 같은 동작과정을 반복 실시하면서 제품(23)의 동심도를 측정할 수 있게된 본원은 생산라인에 적은 비용으로 제작 공급하여 짧은 시간내 제품 전수 검사가 가능하여 불량품 출하를 예방하며 측정기술을 그다지 필요로 하지 않고 손쉽게 취급이 가능하여 생산성 향상 및 불량을 감소할 수 있게된 것이다.The concentricity measuring device of the cylindrical container of the present application assembled as described above is used to measure concentricity after completion of press processing of a product having a concentricity with two cylindrical containers such as various motor housings and requiring concentricity.
