Claims (1)

  1. 진공 채혈관을 표면처리함에 있어서, 진공 채혈관 내면과 대응되게 고주파 출력극봉을 조정할 수 있게 고정시키며 진공실의 진공도를 10-2~102Torr로 하고 발진주파수는 13.56~27.12MHz로 1~60초간 방전시켜 표면처리하는 진공 채혈관의 표면처리방법.
