Claims (5)

  1. 밴드공급기로부터 연장되는 밴드를 안내할 수 있는 구조로 된 적립 아아치가 고정되어 있는 레이블과, 그 아아치에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 아아치에 대해 선형으로 이동 가능한 회전체와, 그 회전체에 작동적으로 연결되어 있고 테이블쪽을 연장되어 있으며, 테이블상에 위치된 포장품을 밴드에 의해 예정된 결속 형식으로 결속시킬 수 있도록 상기 포장품을지지 및 회전시키기 위해 상기 아아치와 연과하여 이동 가능한 한쌍이상의 지지아암과, 상기 테이블과 조합하여 배치되고, 상기 아아치에 대해 포장품을 이송시킬 수 있게 테이블의 높이보다 약간 높게 위치되어 있는 벨트 콘베이어와, 상기 테이블에 작동적으로 연결되어 있고, 상기 콘베이어가 포장품을 테이블에 대해 횡방향으로 이송시킬수 있게 하는 초기위치와, 테이블이 콘베이어 보다 높게 위치되게 하는 위치 사이에서 상기 테이블으 콘베이어에 대해 수직으로 이동시키도록 작동하는 수단을 구비하는 자동포장기계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 포장품 결속형식에 따라 테이블을 수직으로 이동시키는 수단을 작동시키도록 선택적으로 작동하는 다수의 스위치 키이를 갖는 제어패널을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동포장기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 적립 아아치가 고정된 상기 테이블에 결속시킬 포장품을 이송시키기 위한 제1이송 테이블과, 상기 포장품의 결속 후 그 포장품을 직립아아치가 고정된 상기 테이블로부터 멀리 이송시키기 위한 제2이송 테이블을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동포장기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 테이블을 수직으로 이동시키는 상기 수단이 상기 테이블을 벨트 콘베이어에 대해 수직으로 이동시키도록 작용하는 다수의 선형모터와, 상기 테이블을 수직 방향으로 안내하기 위한 다수의 수직직선 안내부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동포장기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전체가 아아치상에서 자유회전할시 아암들에 의해 결속시킬 포장체를 지지 및 회전시킬 수 있도록 상기 지지암들중 하나는 아아치의 일측부상에서 회전체에 작동적으로 연결되어 있고, 다른 하나는 아아치의 반대쪽 측부상에서 회전체에 작동적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 포장기.
