본 고안은 공기압을 이용하여 나사를 자동으로 흡입하여 소정의 위치에 전동모타 회전력으로써 체결할수 있게된 공기압을 이용한 전동나사 체결 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an electric screw fastening device using the air pressure that can be automatically sucked the screw using the air pressure to be fastened to the predetermined position by the electric motor rotational force.
종래의 나사를 체결함에 있어서는 공압모터나 전동모터에서 회전력을 얻고 드라이버팁에 사람이 나사머리를 맞추어 대준후 장치 전체를 하강시키면서 작업을 하여야 하는 번거로움이 있었을 뿐만 아니라 나사의 공급은 자동으로 이루어지는 일부 방식에 있어서는 드라이버 팁이 전전하면서 죠오가 벌어지는 방식으로 죠오가 공작물에 닿은 상태에서 작업이 이루어지기 때문에 표면에 홈이 발생하거나 깊은 홈부위에는 죠오가 벌어지는 만큼의 공간을 확보하여야만 나사체결을 할수 있을뿐만 아니라 드라이버팁을 잡아주는 구조가 볼과 스프링판에 의한 구조로써 스프링판의 노후에 따라 드라이버팁을 제대로 잡아주지 못하던 결점이 있었다.In the conventional screw fastening, the rotational force is obtained from the pneumatic motor or the electric motor, and the screw tip is placed on the driver tip. 도면 제2도에 도시된 바와같이 나사주입구(11)를 통하여 나사(17)가 하나 공급되어 죠오(10)에 걸리게 되면 압축공기 공급구(13)로 압축공기가 들어가고 진공흡입구(14)에서는 공압을 이용하여 진공이 형성되는데 이 진공은 피스톤(7)의 안쪽을 통하고 리들베어링(4)과 나사안내봉(12) 및 드라이버팁(6)사이의 유격을 통하여 공급된 나사(17)를 드라이버팁(6) 말단까지 빨아들이며 압축공기공급구(13)로 공급되는 압축공기에 의해 피스톤(7)이 전진하면서 축(3)과 드라이버팁(6) 및 나사안내봉 (12)을 함께 이동시켜서 죠오(10)로 부터 벗어나게 되어 나사안내봉(12)에 나사 (17)가 흡착된 상태로 피스톤(7)이 전진하면서 전동드라이버(1)가 회전하면 나사 (17)가 체결되고 체결시에 나사안내봉(12)이 표면에 닿으면 나사(17)가 체결될때까지 뒤로 후퇴되어 체결이 완료되는데 일단 작업완료후에는 토오크조절나사(15)가 작동하여 전원공급을 중단하게 되어 진공흡입구(14)의 공압을 제기하면 내장되어 있단 압축스프링(6)(16')에 의하여 복귀하여 원래의 상태가되는 것으로 영구자석 (5)을 이용하여 드라이버팁(6)을 잡으므로 고장이 없을뿐만 아니라 내부에 실린더 (8)를 내설한것으로 나사안내봉(12)이 나사(17)를 흡착한 상태로 전진하여 체결작업이 이루어지므로 나사안내봉(12)이 들어갈수있는 홈이면 나사(17)를 체결할수 있기 때문에 공간의 제약으로부터 벗어나게 된것이다.As shown in FIG. 2, when one screw 17 is supplied through the screw inlet 11 and caught by the jaw 10, the compressed air enters the compressed air supply port 13, and the pneumatic pressure is applied to the vacuum inlet 14.
