본 고안은 음향기 스피커의 조립에 있어서 발성코일관 조립시 조립 작업중 코일관의 변형이 없이 안전하게 조립할 수 있는 관내 탄발 삽입식 지그에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to a tube inserted jig that can be safely assembled without deformation of the coil tube during assembly work when assembling the sound coil speaker in the sounder speaker assembly.

종래에 있어서는 몸체를 알루미늄으로 성형하고 하부에 합성수지제 필름을 삽착 일체로 구성하므로서 코일관내 삽입시, 발성 코일관의 고정밀도 유지와 극히 미미한 변형에도 음질이 변하게 되므로 정밀도 유지의 중요성을 감안할때 일체의 모형 변형이 없는 조립이 요구되는 바, 종래 지그에 있어서는 일정형을 이루고 있으므로 발성 코일관에 삽입시 고도의 숙련공이라 하더라도 변형을 주기 쉽고 일일히 맞추어 끼우는데 세심한 주의가 필요하므로 작업성 및 안전도가 매우 떨어지는등 불편한 결점이 있었다. 그러나 본 고안은 관형 지그 일체를 합성수지로 구성하고 일측을 종행 절개하여 절결부를 형성하므로서 코일관내 삽입시 압지하여 끼워넣고 놓으면 탄발력에 의하여 관내에서 탄지하게 되므로 조립작업을 완료할때까지 코일관 변형의 염려없이 조립작업을 수행할 수 있으며 작업 완료후에는 전자의 삽입시와 마찬가지로 압지하여 인출해 내므로서 보다 편리하고 안전하게 지그의 본래 목적을 달성할 수 있게 한 것으로서 그 구조와 작용효과를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the prior art, the body is molded from aluminum and a synthetic resin film is inserted into the lower part so that the sound quality changes even when the coil tube is inserted into the coil tube.
