통상의 방카C유 공급용 서비스탱크(1)에서 공급되는 방카C유를 1차예열실(2)에서 100-120℃정도 가온하여 150℃정도로 가온된 혼합탱크(3)의 상측에 수평으로 설치된 판상의 구형(矩形)연료파이프(3′)에 흐르게 하고 이화혼합되는 물은 방카C유의 약 20% 정도를 혼합탱크(3)내의 압축증기 외부배출파이프(3″)내부에 장착된 판상의 구형 급수파이프(3″)을 통하여 흐르게 하여 각각의 출구에서 혼합하며, 모우터(5)의 구동으로 혼합탱크(3)의 하측에 설치된 믹서실(6)내부의 이송스프류(6′) 및 혼합 프로펠러(6″)를 회동시켜 혼합용 프로펠러(6″)는 연료를 혼합탱크(3)벽면쪽으로 회송 환합하며 이송스크류는 유입공(6″)로부터 혼합연료를 유입하여 믹서실(6)내부에 돌설된 돌기(6)에 충돌시켜 재차 혼합하여 자석함(7)로 송출하여 자석함(7)에서 자성물질을 제거하면서 콤프레셔(7″)에서 공급되는 공기를 혼합하여 기어펌프(8) 및 송출파이프(8′)를 통하여 혼합탱크(3)상측의 판상구형의 연료 및 급수파이프(3′)(3″)의 전면에 설치된 분사노즐(9)를 통하여 분사하여 재차 혼합하며 이와같은 작동을 콘드롤박스에 자동으로 이행하는 방카 C유의 물과 공기의 혼합장치.Banka C oil supplied from the normal tanker C oil supply service tank (1) is installed horizontally on the upper side of the mixing tank (3) warmed to about 150 ° C by warming 100-120 ° C in the primary preheating chamber (2).
